Returns & Refunds Policy

Because all of our products are made to order, we only accept returns or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please read the policy below carefully before submitting a request.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (damage, misprint, or incorrect item)

Once we review and confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and assist.


Returns & Item Condition

All returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

We do not accept returns for items that are worn, stained, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way.


Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed in the original currency used at checkout

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Orders placed incorrectly
